Hi! 4 years ago I worked with trainer Anne Barnard for about 4 months and got in great shape. In the last few years I’ve developed serious back and neck problems resulting in chronic pain. I believe this is attributed to weight gain, and very weak core muscles as an MRI showed nothing serious is wrong. I’m hoping you can help me since you have a lot of experience working with people with chronic pain. I’d love to meet with you as soon as possible to discuss personal training. Thank you, Suzanne

Hello i am interested in training 3 days a week with you. If i like your style and i pay for say 3 months of personal training up front could you do each hour session for 60$? I currently train 3 days a week with a trainer. The reason i’m leaving her is i hurt my back on the leg press machine. I told her i didn’t like fixed position unnatural exercise on smith machine and leg press. Further more i found several articles supporting my decision to avoid said machines. Leg press in an unnatural position with no stabilizing muscle being used and it puts a ton of stress on the lower back potentially causing a herniated disc. I originally found Geeny Hanjuko because of her corrective exercises and strict no exceptions proper form and technique philosophy. A year ago i got back into working out. Soon there after i developed shoulder and lower back pain from weak scapula and uni pelvic tilt, bad posture etc. She brought me 80% so hopefully you can carry on what she started minus Leg press. 480.524.7969
