Dan Siegel

Dan Siegel is the founder of Peak Performance. He is a certified fitness trainer and trigger point therapist. Dan’s experience and insights in the application of corrective exercise, trigger point therapy and myofascial release have led many other fitness and health professionals, from yoga teachers and chiropractors to physicians and surgeons, to hire him for their own body work and training. He specializes in helping people achieve a greater level of fitness while overcoming chronic pain, injury, and postural misalignment. Many people are referred to Dan to help heal their back, neck, and rotator cuff problems, and to reach their peak level of fitness and athletic performance.

Dan has trained with athletes at all levels – from youths and weekend warriors to college and professional athletes, Olympians, martial artists, and a former world champion boxer, but many of Dan’s clients are everyday people – professionals and office workers, golfers, moms who are ready to get back into shape, anyone who wants to improve their health.
